Property Consultants

Job Requirements:

• Shall report directly to the Sales Management Team Head
• Shall ensure delivery of monthly sales target
• Shall accompany potential clients to the project sites and ensure that they are well informed about the on going developments
• Shall provide after sales service
• Shall maintain constant communication with the clients in order to cultivate “closer” business relationship
• Shall implement other sales and marketing programs

• Must have related experience (min. of 6 months) in the following industries: Real Estate, Insurance, Direct Selling and Pharmaceuticals
• Has vast personal and business network
• Pleasing personality
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
