In anticipation of the turnover of your unit, may we remind our house and lot buyers to prepare the following once you receive a notice for inspection:
a.) Valid ID should be presented (if through representative, valid ID of buyer and representative should be presented.)
b.) Duly notarized Special Power of Attorney (SPA) should be brought by representative if you require a representative to be at the site during inspection and turnover.
c.) Proof of Payment (Receipt) for Property Insurance. Please ensure that payment in the amount of be paid at our head office PRIOR to house inspection. Failure to present insurance receipt on date of inspection shall defer issuance of keys for turnover and interest shall be levied for every month payment is delayed.

Buyers interested in making a reservation with the intention to purchase will be advised by their agent/seller to fill out a Customer Information Sheet/Reservation Agreement (CISRA) Form. Simply download and print the ISRA form by clicking here . This form must be completely filled up and signed by the interested individual and his/her spouse, if applicable. By signing the CISRA, the interested individual and spouse hereby understand and agree to all the terms and conditions stipulated (e.g. for non-completion of official sales requirements within the reservation period, seller has the right to forfeit all payments made).

Earth+Style Corporation requires a Special Power of Attorney (SPA) form (one or two depending on whether the buyer is married). Click here to download and print the Buyer’s SPA form and here for the SPA with Spouse’s Marital Consent (this form is required if the buyer’s spouse lives in the Philippines). If buyers are married and are both out of the country, husband and wife must sign the SPA.
Please note that Earth+Style requires six (6) copies of each SPA, all of them duly notarized. SPA documents signed in the Philippines should be notarized in the Philippines. On the other hand, if SPA documents are signed abroad, buyer must have it notarized by the consul general at the Philippine embassy of their country of residence.
