Earth+Style Taps OFW Market with GSM Program
Earth+Style Corporation strengthens its efforts to reach global Filipinos with its Global Sales Management (GSM) Program.
The new program essentially taps Filipino residents in foreign countries and enjoins them to be global sales partners for Earth+Style properties located here in the Philippines. The Global Sales Management Program offers sound and viable opportunities that complement incomes while fostering their own network of kapwa Filipino friends.
“The overseas market has been growing steadily over the past years and Earth+Style is actively reaching out to other Filipinos abroad. Through the GSM program, Earth+Style is able to offer our fellow Filipinos earning a living abroad the perfect home development that is most suitable for their families who are left here in the Phils.,” states Mr. Nonong San Mateo, Gen. Manager for the Global Sales Unit of Earth+Style.
San Mateo discloses that recruitment for the GSM program in fact began two years ago, with Earth+Style Global Network Consultants training an ever-growing number of GSM aspirants in Paris, London, Dubai, Italy and United States. Earth+Style’s understanding of the desire of our fellow Filipinos abroad to provide for a suitable home for their families back in the Phils. has prompted the launch of this program to encourage an easy touch-base with our kapwa Filipinos.
Newly accredited GSMs (Global Sales Managers) function as Earth+Style country representatives in their host countries fostering direct partnership and coordination efforts with Earth + Style Corporation through the Global Sales Team, based in the Phils., that is assigned to handle the international market.
Both form a symbiotic relationship, where the GSM is supported with marketing materials and training information needed to tap prospective Filipino buyers, while the Global Sales Team here in the country formalizes the transaction.
And just like a local broker, GSMs also enjoy incentives and commissions from completed sales of Earth+Style properties, making their endeavor a lucrative part-time activity or even a promising full time job.
“A GSM’s role is to be the Earth+Style ‘kababayan’ sales force outside the country. And with their network of Filipino families and friends, it becomes easier to showcase to prospective ‘kababayan’ buyers what Earth+Style is all about,” states San Mateo.
