Development Updates

Visitors of Villaggio Ignatius can feast their eyes on the completed Arco di Ignatius (Main Entry Gate), while construction of the Fontana di Ignatius (Fountain), perimeter fencing, and landscaping works at the Galleria Entrata are underway. The main road, priority secondary roads, and bridge going to Villa Milano are already in place. Villa Villaggio , the new housing product line of Villaggio Ignatius, recently unveiled its three house models-Kostka, Gonzaga and Xavier. With floor areas ranging from 62 - 98 sqm., the said Italian-inspired, loft -type houses are currently being constructed at the neighborhood phase of Villa Modena. The basic and furnished versions of each of the house model will be ready for public viewing by the end of June this year.

Not content to rest on our laurels, Earth+Style aspires for even greater heights as we seek to improve on our major project offerings, namely Parkplace Village, Grand Parkplace Village and Pacific Parkplace Village. These projects mark the realization of a dream of providing the ideal residential subdivision for the upscale market. 2001 has now seen a flurry of activity in these projects as we upgrade them to ensure that our dream will continue to live on and prosper..

In these projects, there is now a growing community of homeowners who realize the value inherent in our developments and have chosen them to be their primary residence. As of March, Parkplace Village boasts of more than 65 fully constructed and occupied homes. Grand Parkplace is also home to 24 families in their completed abodes, with more on the way. Pacific Parkplace, due to its later launch date, is slowly building up its community base in order to match the 2 other projects. This increasing community base has prompted Earth+Style to begin the motions of establishing a homeowners association in each of these projects. In anticipation of this, we have begun a beautification program that aims to clean and refresh the projects to return them to their pristine conditions, unravaged by the effects of time. This program includes the repair and repainting of the various structures, additional landscaping in the open space, and the interior designs of the clubhouses. Overseeing this program is our newly organized internal property management group, who are tasked to ensure the continued quality of our projects without having to rely on outsiders.

In addition to this program, we are also adding new facilities to these projects so as to increase the value to our customers and improve their image and salability. In Parkplace, plans are underway to construct a chapel near the clubhouse. This chapel shall be a quaint open structure that will allow the beauty of nature to enter, ideal for a small Sunday mass and special ceremonies. Also, an agreement was recently struck with Montessori of Cavite for them to build and operate a private school inside Parkplace Village. This school shall feature the benefits of a Montessori education to be experienced by students in primary and secondary grade levels. Finally, preparations are being made to develop a house and lot offering in all 3 projects. These house and lot packages shall feature striking American and Mediterranean designs coupled with ample space and maximum functionalbility. This shall serve as an alternative to prospective customers who wish to immediately move in and enjoy the benefits of our projects.
