Amanzaya Homes at Jubilation
Designs inspired by Harmony and Happiness
Earth+Style Corporation, the country’s premier lifestyle developer for the middle-income family, is set on implementing a new design approach that will provide a new level of modern home architecture for the families in Jubilation New Biñan.
Dubbed the Amanzaya Home Series, the designs were said to have been inspired by the Filipino’s quest for Harmony and Happiness and will be the main features of Jubilation New Biñan.
Jubilation New Biñan is Earth+Style’s fast-rising township community in Laguna that boasts of both the modern and traditional Filipino outlook, where families get to live and grow in an environment that seeks to combine the elements of cosmopolitan and small town living.
“The name Amanzaya, in itself, is a fusion of different Asian languages that embodies the idea of an abundance of harmony and happiness, reflecting our ultimate goal in offering our unique home designs for people who want to live in Jubilation,” said Leonardo B. Dayao Jr., Earth+Style’s Design Management Group Head.
Dayao explained that the Amanzaya series continues the story of fusion that guided the development of Jubilation New Biñan, where one finds homes that bring together the best elements of Asian cultures.
Using architectural approaches of Balinese, Japanese and other Asian countries, the Home Design Department of Earth+Style worked hard to introduce homes that fit the preferences and unique lifestyle of its future occupants.
“With the Amanzaya home series, we wanted to create houses that embody the personality of the families that will soon live in them. We designed elements that they would want in their houses, thereby making them feel more comfortable and happier in their new homes,” said Cecille Umagtang, Home Design Department Head.
Umagtang revealed that the Amanzaya homes were divided into three design themes; each reflecting the personal tastes of the different prospective buyers.
Hana was inspired by minimalist and Zen architecture, presenting a sophisticated and uncluttered set up for those who desire a calm and peaceful abode; Sundara, on the other hand, embraced an exotic look highlighted with distinctive Asian elements in order to present a more grandiose living space for the family; while Anika features a contemporary architectural approach that captures international Asian styles that presents a perfectly timeless home where one can truly raise a modern family.
The Home Design Department of E+S also used colors to bring out the personalities of each home design with Terra Cota to embody an exciting and vibrant home, Azure Gray for that cool and calming atmosphere and Thistle Mauve for those who desire a mix of both.
Brown is a prevalent color in the house designs, unifying all the elements while giving each home a natural, earthy and Asian feel; while Black is used as the accent in each design, giving certain degree of mystique, sophistication and drama to the house series.
But in creating the Amanzaya series, the Home Design Department also went beyond mere aesthetics to create truly lasting homes for future residents.
“We designed for the future, ensuring that each house is structurally sound and using materials that are able to withstand the test of time. We want to create homes where people will grow in,” said Umagtang.
Among the materials featured in the Sundara and Hana variants are armor wood and engineered wood, whose moisture content is less than that of ordinary wood and thus can withstand weathering. Roofing comes in the form of concrete tiles, which is more resistant to wear and tear, possesses good insulating properties and is both aesthetic and functional.
Anika variants, on the other hand, feature doors and windows that are prefabricated and pre-painted to make them more resistant to wear and tear. The doors are also protected with chemically treated brackets and even feature a warranty to guarantee quality and durability. The windows, on the other hand, feature steel casements that help protect them from the elements.
But according to Umagtang, the best feature of the Amanzaya home series is the confluence of space that is incorporated in the designs.
“With the Amanzaya designs, we made sure that there is a smooth transition in the divide between each living space. We even softened the boundaries between the outdoor and indoor spaces to ensure that each area is linked to the next, creating living spaces that are seamless and integrated with each other,” stated Umagtang.
Meanwhile Dayao explained that the three Amanzaya designs present a unique power of choice for families seeking to live and grow inside Jubilation New Biñan and are perfect starter homes for start up families, empty nesters or even retirees.
“The Amanzaya home designs offer 45 different variants, with prices ranging from P2.4 M to P5 million, ensuring flexibility of choice for those seeking to build new homes in Jubilation,” said Dayao.
