Sales Management Team Heads

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and implement tactical sales operation plans ? Directly manage & oversee the operations of a sales team
  • Monitor & ensure both individual & team sales productivity / performance
  • Formulate & implement recruitment strategies to beef up the team’s sales organization
  • Ensure allowable cost to sales

Qualifications:
Must be a graduate of Marketing, Business Administration or any business course; MBA is preferred but not required; With proven track record in Sales in a Managerial capacity for at least 5 years (preferably in real estate); Must have excellent communication, negotiation and leadership skills.

 

Sales Management Officers

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the implementation of tactical sales operation plans
  • Supervise, coach and train incoming sales agents / property consultants (PCs)
  • Monitor the efficient application & filing of client documents & sales requirements
  • Recruit prospective sales agents / property consultants
  • Facilitate processing of allowances, commissions & incentives of PCs / sales agents

Qualifications:
Must be a graduate of Marketing, Business Administration or any business course; Must have at least 3 years of sales experience (preferably in real estate) in a supervisory position; Must have excellent communication, coordination, negotiation and leadership skills; Must be goal-driven, enthusiastic and honest.

 

Property Consultants

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients in realizing their housing and investment needs
  • Ensure delivery of monthly sales target
  • Provide after sales service
  • Assist in the implementation of sales and marketing programs

Qualifications:
Must be a Bachelor’s degree holder of any business course; Must have previous sales experience, preferably in any of the following fields: Vertical / Horizontal / High Rise real estate development, Automotive, Insurance or Direct selling industries; Must be 21 to 35 years of age; Must be goal-driven, highly-enthusiastic and confident; Honest & trustworthy; Must have vast personal and business network

 

Marketing Management Head

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Review research studies, databank build-up & environment developments & ascertain applicability, impact and implications on the industry and the company.
  • Formulate various marketing strategies & programs to ensure sales production
  • Develop scenario generations based on short/medium term forecasts & determine alternative actions on the competition (Its market, sales channels, product positioning & the like).

Qualifications:
Candidate should be a graduate of either a BS / BA in Public Relations, Marketing, Communications, English or any equivalent area of study; preferably with MBA but not necessary; Minimum 5 years work experience holding a managerial position in marketing management

 

Marketing Management Officer

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Assist in market research and analysis and monitor developments in the industry
  • Monitor sales performance and sales growth
  • Monitor implementation of marketing plans & programs

Qualifications:
Must have background in market research, brand management, events management; With 2-3 years supervisory experience in marketing management; Graduate of BS / BA in Public Relations, Marketing, Communications, English or any equivalent area of study; Must be analytical & resourceful; Possesses excellent interpersonal & communication (both verbal & written) skills; Must be enthusiastic, innovative and trustworthy; 23 to 35 yrs. of age.

 

Village Administrators

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Perform admin processes & post-house turnover transactions for the villages that are served by the company
  • In-charge of monitoring security and homeowners’ concerns
  • Responsible for the maintenance and management of the villages

Qualifications:
Must have a bachelor’s degree in any business course; Preferably with experience in property management; Must be flexible and can work under pressure; Must have good interpersonal and communication skills; Must be honest; Must be able to work under minimal supervision; Must be willing to work in Cavite or Laguna area; 23 to 30 yrs of age.

 

Resident Engineers

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Shall supervise and manage all construction field operations of all on-going projects.
  • Monitor and direct Project Engineers as to project priorities.
  • Shall supervise and assure implementation of the project inspection program both for housing and land development.
  • Shall evaluate performance of all existing contractors.

Qualifications:
Must have a College Degree in Civil Engineering from a reputable school; At least four years experience in a supervisory capacity in the field of subdivision development and mass housing construction; Computer literate; Possesses good communication skills, & excellent cost/quantity estimating skills; Exposure to construction management system procedures a must; Willing to accept provincial assignment (Cavite or Laguna).

 

Project Engineers

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Review and maintain the work system that will ensure timely delivery of projects
  • Ensure delivery of quality projects based on specified standards
  • Responsible for a cost efficient operation of the project

Qualifications:
Must have a College Degree in Civil Engineering from reputable school; At least two years experience in the field of subdivision development and mass housing construction; Well-versed in supervising construction of housing units (preferably, with exposure on house construction QA system procedures); computer literate; good communication skills; adept in cost/quantity estimating; Willing to accept provincial assignment (Cavite or Laguna).

 

Budget Manager

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Manage budget operations
  • Review, monitor & analyze reasonableness of budgetary requests
  • Assess financial implications of budget development, application, and compliance with various funding sources
  • Recommend appropriate balance and use of financial resources

Qualifications:
Must have a College Degree in Accountancy from a reputable school (preferably a CPA); Must have at least 5 years solid experience in Budget or Audit in a senior supervisory to managerial capacity; With excellent communication, analytical and interpersonal skills; Computer proficient; 25 to 35 yrs of age

Accounting Officer

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Prepare Management Financial Reports and other supporting schedules as necessary.
  • Monitor expenses and track budget variances
  • Undertake measures to manage cost and expenses

Qualifications:
Must have a College Degree in Accountancy from a reputable school (preferably a CPA); Must have at least 3 years solid experience in Budget or Audit in a supervisory capacity; Exposure in financial accounting is preferred; With excellent communication, analytical and interpersonal skills; Computer-proficient; 25 to 35 yrs of age.

Application Developer/Programmer

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain all in-house development applications and database administration
  • Conduct user’s training and support and act as secondary support for the Project Manager

Qualifications:
Must have a College Degree in Computer Science/Computer Engineering/ECE from reputable school. Experience in application development using Visual Basic 6, MSSQL2000/2005 under Windows Platform; PHP under Windows and Linux environment; Web development; experience in telecommunications (voice/data) is an advantage.
