London Barrio Fiesta


Barrio Fiesta sa London. A 2-day housing fair held in Lampton Park, Hounslow District, London, England last July 15-16, 2006. Our Global Network Consultant in London Dang Sazon together with our Global Marketing Managers Nheng Potente, Bernadette Bisdee and Ariel Sagun manned the ESC booth. Mr & Mrs Saunders who bought a maja elegance unit in Jubilation East and CREBA Head Delegate, Ave Acuña.

Earth+Style's First Global Marketing Managers Meeting

Earth+Style recently held its first ever Global Marketing Managers Business Meeting at the charming Sitio Restaurant at the posh Podium in Ortigas Center, Pasig City. Emceed by Earth+Style's energetic Training Resource Head Jack Basit, future projects of the Earth+Style Enterprise (composed of Earth+Style Corporation (ESC), Earth Prosper Corporation (EPC), Earth Aspire Corporation (EAC) & Tahanang Yaman Homes Corporation (TYHC)) were presented to the guests, particularly its newest township project, the beautiful Paradisa New Imus in Imus, Cavite , as well as, the GMM's setting of commitments for the year 2006. On hand to welcome the guests were no less than Messrs. Victor Manarang & Jacinto Ng, Jr., President/Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer respectively of Earth+Style. Gracing the occasion too were the General Managers of Earth+Style's four corporations namely: Dennis Lim of ESC, William Chuacuco of EPC, Eileen Uy of EAC & Aidee Tejano of TYHC. Busy entertaining the guests were the energetic Marketing Management Heads: Jenna Belardo of ESC, Alvin Valencia of EPC, Allan Florendo of EAC & David Amor of TYHC. Adding a touch of glamour were E+S's Communications Resource Group Head Vivian Faustino, Customer Advocacy Head for International Operations Donna Segunial together with Marketing Excellence Officer Huey Tan and Villageworks Land Management Inc. General Manager Arthur Lim.

Part of the event was the “bidding of farewell” to Internal Sales Team Head for International Operations Ms. Dang Sazon. Filling her shoes is the bubbly Ms. Lally de Castro. Highlight of the evening was the recognition of Ms. Linda Elkin (Earth+Style's GMM from France) who achieved a net sales of P81.8 million. Kudos to you Mrs. Elkin!!

GMM Linda Elkin Proves She “Cannes” Do It

Global Marketing Manager (GMM) in France, Linda Elkin, recently held her first open house for Earth+Style in her cozy Cannes office. Fellow Filipinos from other French cities such as Monte Carlo, gathered in Cannes to get the latest deals in Jubilation Home Village East and West.

Having been oriented with the features and benefits of acquiring an Earth+Style property, they were convinced that Earth+Style properties meet their lifestyle needs.

GRAND INVESTORS’ DAY FOR EARTH PROSPER’S VX-Mondo Bambini (new)

A special gathering to launch Villaggio di Xavier Mondo Bambini, the latest project of Earth Prosper Corporation was held at the Hyatt Regency Hotel recently. Earth+Style’s mid-year recognition and sales rally was a huge success, with close to a thousand sellers in attendance. Dubbed “Star Idol”, the program a la American Idol, was anchored by Apollo Abraham, with our very own Jack Basit (Training Dept. head) and Arnold Gamboa (EAC Marketing head) as co-hosts.

CREBA EXPO 2005 (new)

The Chamber of Real Estate and Builders Association (CREBA) embarked on its first major exhibition at the World Trade Center Manila – the CREBAExpo 2005.

CREBAExpo 2005 brought together the whole spectrum of the real estate industry – from housing to industrial and economic zones, wellness centers to leisure and memorial parks – all under one roof. It was a venue for business opportunities and partnerships.

EARTH ASPIRE CORPORATION holds 2nd Quarter Sales Conference (new)

Sales force of Earth Aspire Corporation were treated to a day of fun, learning and rewards at their 2nd quarter sales conference held at the clubhouse of Parkplace Village. The EAC team was led by Deputy Gen. Manager Susan Alcabao, sales team heads Lai Gabanes, Johnny Iconar, Jazz Espiritu, Manny Rabanes, Claudette Martinez, Marife Garchitorena, Allan Florendo and marketing manager Arnold Gamboa. Earth Aspire caters to the lower middle income aspirational market with the County series of projects located in Binan, Laguna and Trias, Cavite

“Jive to Success” BUSINESS INVITATIONAL FAIR

The Earth + Style Business Invitational Fair with theme “Jive to Success” was a surely a hit as new brokers and referral partners filled the Manansala Hall of the Holiday Inn Galleria Manila last June 27, 2005. It was an achievement for all the companies under the Earth + Style family: Earth + Style Corporation (ESC), Earth Prosper Corporation (EPC), Earth Aspire Corporation (EAC) and Tahanang Yaman Homes Corporation (TYHC).

The said event focused on recruiting new sets of brokers and referral partners to join the Earth+Style family. Simultaneous orientations led by the General Managers of the four companies - Mr. Dennis Lim of Earth+Style Corporation, Mr. William Chuacuco of Earth Prosper Corporation, Ms. Eileen Uy of Earth Aspire Corporation and Mr. Arthur Lim of Tahanang Yaman Homes Corporation showcased the various projects and income opportunities from the growing Earth+Style family. Earth+Style group of companies’ President, Mr. Victor Manarang and Chief Operating Officer Jacinto Ng, Jr. also graced the affair and hyped the crowd’s enthusiasm by sharing the good news about more projects to come. Another highlight of the event is the “Accredit One, Accredit All” policy wherein sellers can sign-up with any company under the Earth+Style Group and still be able to make a sale for the other three companies.

At the Referral Partners’ session, the referral guide aptly called “EUREKA” was launched and distributed. Eureka, meaning “I have found it”, is the tool to help those looking for opportunities to earn unlimited income. Loaded with standard information about the various Earth+Style projects, one would simply need to show it to a prospective buyer – a first shot at making a successful referral.

Villaggio Ignatius Country Club Blessing

On May 22, 2005, Earth Prosper Corporation held a Grand Open House at Villaggio Ignatius. The highlight of the event was the inauguration of the vast country club swimming pool and basketball court. The celebrated affair was led by Earth Prosper General Manager William Chuacuco along with Deputy General Manager Reynee Figueroa, Marketing Management Head Gerald Wong and the Sales Team Heads Elvie Guevarra, Che Datu, Dante Salamat and Grace Limpiado. Members of the sales groups and their invited guests all joined together in witnessing another milestone in the Villaggio Ignatius community. With the newly-built swimming pool and basketball court, residents can now enjoy the resort-like amenities where families need not travel far from home to take a break from the daily hussles of work and school.

Villaggio Di Xavier Mondo Bambini – A New Community Rising!

The thriving new town of Jubilation New Biñan boasts of yet another community on the rise - The Villaggio Di Xavier Mondo Bambini. To signal the start of this community development, a groundbreaking ceremony was held during its Grand Open House on May 14, 2005. The ceremony was led by none other than Earth Prosper General Manager William Chuacuco joined by Technical Services Group Head Ferdie Soliman, Construction Management Head Honesto Medina, Design Management Team Head Bido Dayao and EPC Marketing Management Head Gerald Wong. Villaggio di Xavier Mondo Bambini holds promise to a new community that will feature a young and colorful environment where children are free to play and explore the beautiful surroundings.

Evergreen County Grand Open House (Evergreen County Phase II Launch)
“Wild Wild Texan Way”

On the sunny day of May 22, sellers and buyers gladly converged at the Evergreen County open grounds in Jubilation New Biñan, Laguna, Mega Manila for the soft launch of Evergreen Phase II. The affair began with a holy mass, followed by the ribbon-cutting ceremony led by Earth Aspire Corporation’s (EAC) General Manager, Eileen Uy. Everyone was treated to a whole day of fun and exciting perks. The event was such a raving success that the sales reservations exceeded the initial sales target for that day.

Congratulations and more power to our Earth Aspire family!
