Job Summary:

  • Responsible for the entire operations of the Marketing Management Department, ensuring that marketing strategies adopts and conforms to the company’s overall marketing and sales objectives.
  • Responsible for the design and implementation of a comprehensive Pre-Launch, Launching-Selling and Closing Marketing Programs geared towards a positive market list w/ higher yield of sales conversion.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Gathers, Validates and Reviews forecasts, trends, market needs and market standards through literature and constant contact with people in the industry and related industry.
  • Gathers and evaluates market information to benchmark marketing programs and initiatives to ensure market acceptance and readiness.
  • Researches marketing opportunities to help introduce the strength of Earth+Style Corporation projects to the target market.
  • Designs, Plans, and Implements marketing infrastructure to suit goals and standards consistent with the overall business objectives of the company.
  • Organizes, directs and executes the marketing activities designed to effectively communicate to the company’s identified market segment.
  • Develops strategic marketing programs directed towards the company’s future plans for its expanding network and increasing business volume.
  • Develops and monitors sound, aggressive, and deliberate marketing programs utilizing various marketing tools and techniques.
  • Executes and manages the delivery of competent, problem-free and timely programs in line with the company’s marketing excellence objectives.
  • Communicates with other units / groups / segments to support the enhancement of the organization’s knowledge of current issues, projects and processes to achieve the unit’s objectives.
  • Designs and conceptualizes call-to-action collateral.
  • Performs other related duties as may be assigned by the immediate supervisor

Job Specifications:

A. Education

  • Graduate of a 4-year course on Communication, Marketing or Business Development

B. Working Experience

  • With extensive 4 year-experience in Marketing, Business Development or Marketing Communication field preferably in a Real Estate Company or related industries such as pre-need, insurance, automotive.
  • With extensive experience in planning, designing and implementing a comprehensive marketing plan
  • With vast network of media contacts
  • Knowledgeable in design and development of traditional and non-traditional sales collaterals
  • With experience in Events Management

Job Summary:

  • Manage and Develop Sales Management Team for peak performance and high productivity levels.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Recruits, develops & manages big broker groups and sales organization.
  2. Provides strategic direction in terms of organization, sales strategies, marketing plans & programs, and financial engineering.
  3. Designs and develops sales force strategy and structure of his sales organization.
  4. Prepares sales forecasts & targets and allocate these to his sales teams.
  5. Prepares and allocate financial plans, logistical resources and budget support programs of sales and marketing.
  6. Schedules and updates brokers/sellers through weekly and monthly meetings, sales activities, projects developments, available inventories, new policies, guidelines and promo.
  7. Ensures that costs are maintained and achieved on a monthly basis.
  8. Ensures and implements adequate measures to improve and develop subordinate performance in building long-term and mutually profitable relationships with Sales Management Officers and accredited Selling units.
  9. Regularly evaluates performance of staffs and selling units.
  10. Strictly enforces Company Rules and Regulations to ensure full adherence of Sales Staffs.
  11. Performs all other related duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Job Specifications:

A. Education

  • Graduate of any 4-year business course and or Marketing.
  • Preferably MBA but not necessary.

B. Working Experience

  • Currently holds a Managerial position in Sales or Marketing.
  • Must have at least 3 to 5 years experience in a Real Estate Industry.
  • Must be a Real Estate Licensed Broker

GLOBAL REFERRAL PARTNERS (Local or based abroad)
